Perfectly dismantling machinery & equipment at the old location is the first step in moving machinery and relocating. This is why dismantling for us means not only dismantling the system but also all its components apart and perfectly disconnecting the utilities. It also includes marking, identification, tagging and documenting, technical cleaning and carefully packing each and every part. Making proper packing list with proper identification and load it with safety to containers or loading vehicle, ready to ship.
Foundation
Before machine reaches your location, foundation of the machine must be ready for machine positing. We will help & consult you to design the perfect foundation with proper drawing & design.
Installation
After machine reach the location we move this machinery to its position, that’s when it gets really interesting for our experts. The precise alignment of each individual part and meticulous millwrighting are key here. Our Engineers & technicians then carry out the electrical and pneumatic reassembly as per drawing and manuals. Once all the internal connections are in place, we then connect your machines to all the necessary utilities. Our team also identifies if some of the parts are to be replaced or overhauled. We then process the replacement & overhaul the parts to work efficiently.
Our teams use state-of-the-art measurement techniques in each and every step. They level the machine axes and adjust the system following the information recorded prior to disassembly and the manufacturer’s technical specifications. Then the way is clear for rapid commissioning and a successful start to production.
Electricals
Machines now a days are not just mechanical. They have complicated & sophisticated electric and electronic components, different communication protocols and data transmission systems. This is why we take proper care when reconnecting these elements as we do with the mechanical parts and components. Electrical and electronic installations are just as much a part of our services as the subsequent I/O checks according to electrical drawing. We also have specialists in programmable logic controllers (PLC technology).
Commissioning
Checking everything is ready to start operation and production. It is the final step in a machinery relocation or new installation process. We take care of this, too – our experts have done everything else up to this point, after all. We produce an acceptance report for commissioning, which documents for both you and us that all the required steps have been carried out correctly. All of this is included in the schedule and ensures the quality of our services.
